Alfonsina, on the sand facing the ocean

Alfonsina is in Aguas Dulces, literally facing the ocean: the beach is just one meter away. From the covered deck you step down onto the sand, and in a few steps you're at the water's edge, with no streets or cars in between. You can see the waves from inside the house, through the large living room window.

It's 50 m² designed for up to three guests, with one and a half bedrooms, a double bed, a sofa bed, and one bathroom. The living and dining area has tile floors, light-colored curtains, a round table with four chairs, and another armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric kettle and a blender so you can make your own juices. There's Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and an alarm system, and bed linens and departure cleaning are included.

Outside, life happens on the wooden decks: one faces the ocean and is the spot for breakfast or for sitting in the lounge chairs watching the waves, the beach, the people; the other, out back, has a table, plants, and a hammock. There's a grill area and an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt when you come back from the water.

Pets are welcome, so you can bring the whole family. And if you surf, you have the ocean in view to check the waves before heading out.
